During the sweep, officials visited areas where neighborhood organizations and residents have reported code violations and safety issues. They spoke with community members to learn their concerns and raise awareness about the city’s rules.
Officials said 300 code violations were issued, and more than 20 cars were ticketed for not having registration, and one vehicle was towed. The city will survey other neighborhoods in coming months.
