QB Lamar Jackson didn’t need a running back … he needed more accuracy in his clutch-time throws – and one more inch of end zone – as the Ravens ended up losing when Isaiah Likely caught the ball in the back of the end zone as time expired but his toe landed just out of bounds, meaning the pass (first ruled a TD) was incomplete.
