NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) – A judge dismissed a case brought on by a North Myrtle Beach beach gear company against the city in a ruling on Friday. U.S. District Judge Joseph Dawson, III said in a 30-page decision that the City of North Myrtle Beach had not violated antitrust laws.
