The White Settlement Police Department (WSPD) responded to an emergency last Thursday when citizens reported the sound of loud bangs near several schools along S. Cherry Lane and Gibbs Drive. Reports from concerned individuals flooded in around 12:10 pm, with many suggesting that the noises might have been gunshots. According to the White Settlement Police Department, all units, including Patrol, Criminal Investigations Unit, and Police Administration, were promptly dispatched to the vicinity of St. Peter School, Brewer Middle School, and Liberty Elementary.
