RICHMOND, Va. – The Hokies (2-3) fell to Lafayette (4-2) in four sets at the VCU Invitational. The Hokies jumped out to an early lead in set one, with three four-point service runs to send the advantage up 17-11. The early runs led to a 25-19 set win with Patrick and Malinowski tallying three kills apiece.
