WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) – A 19-year-old is in the hospital after being shot in downtown Wichita. Sedgwick County Dispatch confirmed the shooting took place just before 2:30 a.m. Sunday near the River Vista apartments at 1st and McLean. When police arrived on scene, they found the victim on the top floor of a parking garage, along with several cars with bullet holes.
