COEYMANS, N.Y. (WRGB) – A Coeymans man was arrested Saturday after authorities said he became combative with sheriff’s deputies. According to a release, the Albany County Sheriff’s Office received a report of an active disturbance on Main Street in Coeymans at approximately 8:15 a.m. Saturday. Upon arrival, deputies said they observed a man in the street who became aggressive with responding authorities and showed signs of intoxication. Deputies said they tried to detain the man as part of their investigation, but that he became combative.
