NORFOLK, Va. – A police investigation is underway in Norfolk after officers were called to a home for a possible hostage/barricade situation on Sunday afternoon. According to the Norfolk Police Department, officers went to the 500 block of Glenrock Road around 4:20 p.m., near Poplar Hall Drive and the Military Circle Mall site. Investigators determined that it was not a hostage/barricade situation, however a man had suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
