TUSTIN – An 18-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly stabbing a man to death and later striking a woman with a vehicle in Tustin, authorities said Monday. Police received several calls at about 12:15 a.m. Monday regarding a pedestrian being struck in front of the Arbor Ranch Apartments at 15482 Pasadena Ave., according to Lt. Matt Nunley of the Tustin Police Department.
