SYRACUSE, N.Y. – This past weekend featured some rain, dark-based clouds, some sun, cooler than average temperatures and brisk winds at times. The week ahead will start out in a similar fashion, but we will be heading back into a summer pattern for several days ahead and potentially next weekend too.
