SEATTLE – An investigation is underway after suspected arson early Monday morning in Seattle’s Licton Springs neighborhood. The fire, which spread from one apartment building to another on the 8800 block of Nesbit Avenue North – about a block east of Aurora Avenue North – prompted the Seattle Fire Department to upgrade its response to two alarms due to the dangerous conditions, the SFD said.
