A woman was smiling as she allegedly tried to drown her daughter and her nephew at a public swimming pool in Oklahoma, witnesses have claimed. The two children were found unresponsive by a lifeguard at Will Rogers Aquatic Center in Oklahoma City in June. They were revived and treated at a local hospital, but police noted the woman who was allegedly responsible for the drowning attempt, 34-year-old Flor Esthela Ontiveros, didn’t seem concerned when officers arrived as she was “smiling and speaking calmly about the incident.”
