Some residents in Jacksonville may be interested in a new 55-plus community, Glen Kernan Park, that will be both by the Mayo Clinic and several restaurants.
About Glen Kernan Park: This 55-plus community is a mixed-use development that will include apartments, townhomes, and cottages plus retail dining, and entertainment.
Amenities of the $95.9 million project close to the Mayo Clinic will include a pond, a fitness center, a dog park, and a resort-style pool. Each unit will also reportedly have washer and dryers, vinyl tile flooring, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.
