Mandarin’s former Kmart is coming down so that The Home Depot can be put up. The city issued a permit Sept. 6 for Ordner Construction Co. Inc. of Duluth, Georgia, is the general contractor for the demolition of the 133,123-square-foot store at 9600 San Jose Blvd. to make way for Home Depot. Ordner also has a St. Petersburg office.
