WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – The Wichita Police Department issued a Silver Alert for a 69-year-old man with dementia on Sunday. It has since been canceled.
The man was last contacted by phone on Sunday, Sept. 8, at approximately 3:30 a.m. He left his residence on foot without his phone.
Along with dementia, he also has a heart condition and requires medication.
WPD says that the man returned home safely.
