BOISE, Idaho – With a new average price of $3.58 per gallon, gas prices are continuing to decline. Boise saw a nearly three cent drop in gas prices over the past week. Prices in Boise, according to GasBuddy, are four cents less than a month ago, and is 56 cents lower than a year ago.
