EDMOND, Okla. – A 65-year-old man who was shot by Edmond police during a house fire incident was arrested Sunday. On Sept. 4, a witness to the incident, who lives near the residence that caught fire, said that he was inside his home when he heard yelling. When he looked outside, he saw the front porch of the suspect’s home fully engulfed, according to an affidavit in Oklahoma County.
