CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – Authorities are looking for a woman who was released from jail on furlough and did not return Sunday afternoon as scheduled. 26-year-old Ashley Foster was in custody awaiting trial for revocation of probation. She was released on furlough Thursday by a court order.
