Drug and gun charges face a man police say was in possession of more than 19 grams of methamphetamine and a loaded handgun when he was found sleeping in his vehicle at a Weld County last month. According to the Greeley Tribune, police arrested 24-year-old Elijah Jaramillo on Aug. 20 on after police found him passed out in the driver seat of his vehicle, with the driver door open and the hazard lights flashing, according to an affidavit for his arrest.
