SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — For a third time, Syracuse Police are putting you “On the Lookout” for the latest fugitive.
On the Lookout: Skyler Willis, led police on pursuit
Robert Farnham is a 49-year-old white male with brown hair and blue eyes, who is approximately six feet tall and around 200 lbs.
He is a sexually violent registered level 3 sex offender, who is required to maintain his registry for life and meet all requirements regarding the New York Sex Offender Registry.
However, he moved out of the Catholic Charities Shelter he was staying in without making the proper notifications. Farnham also failed to turn in his 90-day registration which was due at the end of April 2024, and send in his annual photo, which was due at the end of December 2023.
He has an active arrest warrant for a sex offender 90-day registry and a sex offender annual photo.
