AROUND ALASKA: Sterling Highway, Swim Lessons, and Halloween Already?!

We’re getting a little birds-eye view of the work that’s being done along part of the Sterling Highway. It’s hard to see much from the highway through Cooper Landing, so state transportation officials shared a drone video on Facebook. Work has already begun on preparing the pilings for the new Juneau Creek Bridge that will be constructed next year. So far more than $400 million has been invested in getting the project to this point. Watch the Video.
