Syracuse, N.Y. – The back end of a tractor trailer was damaged Monday as it passed under the Park Street bridge. The truck hit the bridge around 2:20 p.m. but did not get stuck, according to Sgt. Thomas Blake, a Syracuse police spokesperson. It continued underneath the bridge and was able to pull off on the other side.
