SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (WRGB) – The Schenectady City School District approved a policy Monday night that could change how students use their cell phones during the school day. In a 4 to 3 vote, the board approved a policy that will incorporate the use of phone “receptacles” during hours of instruction.
