Many cities in Colorado have infrastructure that is older, and sometimes breaks down. It’s not often, however, you see an “Old Faithful”-like burst coming from the street. Not only were people in the neighborhood to go without water, but debris from the asphalt that broke through came raining down on their homes and cars.
