Pedestrian hit by vehicle drifting in parking lot

(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) reported a crash involving a pedestrian on Saturday, Sept. 7.

According to CSPD, a vehicle was drifting in the parking lot of 300 N Academy Boulevard near Vickers Drive, when it allegedly struck a minor pedestrian. CSPD said the pedestrian was transported to the hospital and is being treated for injuries.

The investigation is ongoing and a suspect has not been identified.
