I live off of SW 38th Ave that runs beside I-75. Every day, I watch I-75 come to a stop 2 to 3 times a day. My husband and I live in a 55 plus community. Now, the wooded area beside us has been cut down and a 490 unit condo/luxury apartment complex is going up.
