LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – Another beautiful day for our skies – as we prep ourselves for incoming heavy rainfall at the end of the week. Cool temps stay for our Tuesday forecast, with many areas dipping into the low to mid 40s in the overnight. We start off our morning with areas in the upper 40s low 50s and will continue to warm thanks to sunshine all throughout our day for our forecast. While our skies will be full of sunshine, we are also tracking some smoke from the west coast fires in our upper levels giving us another day of a milky haze in our skies. Expect temps to peak in the upper 70s if not the low end of the 80s for our day today.
