TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – The retrial of Jana Giron will be a challenge for the court since she was convicted on one of the charges she faced in the first trial. Giron is charged with killing two people while texting behind the wheel. Her first trial ended with a hung jury on most of the charges except tampering with evidence.
