FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (CBS12) – Over two tons of cocaine- along with 11 suspected smugglers – were offloaded at Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale on Monday. The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) said crews worked alongside interagency and international partners to seize the cocaine and smugglers during three separate interceptions while patrolling the Caribbean Sea.
