FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) – Hall’s Restaurants will pay $178,000 in back wages, damages and penalties, resolving the U.S. Department of Labor’s 2023 lawsuit. The lawsuit focuses on The Factory Restaurant and Luke Hall’s requests of their employed servers to participate in an illegal tip pool for approximately one year.
