ABQ BioPark gives update on Ocelot kitten

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – It’s time for another gender and name reveal at the ABQ BioPark. Ocelot Lucy’s kitten is nearing two months old and the zoo staff said the baby is getting bigger every week and exploring the two ocelot habitats.

The zoo also discovered the little kitten is a girl. Her name is Frida which means beautiful and beloved. Her name is in reference to artist Frida Kahlo who lived and worked in San Francisco.
