ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – The Anchorage School District is now reporting nine confirmed or suspected cases of pertussis – commonly called whooping cough – that have surfaced in at least six local ASD schools, including Goldenview Middle School, South High School, Bear Valley Elementary, Rabbit Creek Elementary, Collage Gate Elementary and Aquarian Charter School.
