EAST RIDGE, Tenn. – A sick and injured puppy was found in a dumpster outside of an East Ridge restaurant last week, according to Assistant Chief of Police Josh Creel. Creel says the Animal Services Division and East Ridge Police Department received a call on September 4th about a puppy found in a dumpster at the Epicurean restaurant on Ringgold Road.
