“I think second half, defensively, they did that. But we got to start strong. Really accountability, understanding urgency. I challenged them if the person you loved the most, the person you cared for the most, was depending on your performance at practice today, how would you go about it? That was the challenge today. So that is how we are going about it. We are holding everybody accountable, including myself, and a sense of urgency.”
