JUPITER, Fla. (CBS12) – The Jupiter Police Department (JPD) will see a change in leadership at the end of next month. On Monday, the department announced Chief David England will retire from the force on October 31. England spent the last 27 years with the police department and led it for the past two and a half years, according to the Town of Jupiter statement.
