STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – Representatives from a coalition of 17 African American institutions convened at the Noble Maritime Collection in Randall Manor on Tuesday, where they discussed the mission and vision of the collective – protecting and preserving Black historical sites and their legacy throughout New York City.
