Editorial: Antioch Should Be More Transparent With Their Data

The City of Antioch has invested a lot of money, time and effort into its homeless, housing and mental health programs but continues to fumble in transparency. The data is stunning as Antioch apparently has a need greater than anyone could have ever anticipated, or implementation is simply amazing, or the data is wrong either by incorrect entry or inflated data-either by lack of measurable’s or duplicate services. For example, CORE homeless outreach had a goal of 400 yet served 2,094 people, a 524% above the goal. How is that even possible?
