BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. (CBS12) – Residents opened their door to an unusual sight – a large alligator roaming around a Bonita Springs community early Sunday morning. The Lee County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) said deputies were called in to help the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission wrangle the eight-foot alligator.
