Illinois man arrested following standoff in Beloit appears in Rock County Court

Beloit Police apparently used a chemical agent to get a 21-year-old man who was wanted out of Illinois to come out of a house on Shopiere Road Monday night. James Pulliam III made his initial appearance before Court Commissioner Jack Hoag Tuesday for an extradition warrant for failure to register as a sex offender as well as new Rock County charges of of disorderly conduct and two counts of obstructing an officer.
