WISCONSIN – Today marks 23 years since the terror attacks on the World Trade Center. Eleven people with ties to Wisconsin were killed on Sept. 11, 2001. Nelson was born in Ashland. She lived in New York City and worked at the World Trade Center. Michell Lee Jean Robotham.
