OKLAHOMA CITY – A person died Tuesday night after being hit by several cars on the Lake Hefner Parkway in Oklahoma City. Police said the victim’s mother was taking the victim to a hospital because he was having a mental health crisis. She pulled over on the shoulder near 63rd Street and he jumped out of the car.
