EDMOND, Okla. – Students, professors and volunteers at Oklahoma Christian University plan to honor the anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on Tuesday. Neil Arter, the dean of students at the university, said times are changing at the school. The more time that passes, the more students who were born after 2001 begin to fill OCU classrooms.
