MOBILE, Ala. ( WKRG ) — This week, we honor Owen Farmer as the WKRG News 5 Scholar Athlete of the Week .
Farmer is a junior at Davidson High School where he runs cross country and track.
He is a part of the Boys Scouts of America and Davidson Ambassadors.

Farmer has a 4.8 GPA, and he is a member of the National Honor Society.
He is working towards the IB diploma and has never made a grade below 94 since starting high school.
