Philadelphia Police report a 23-year-old man is recovering at Jefferson University Hospital after a shooting on a subway station platform.
This happened at the Westbound 15th Street platform for the Market-Frankford line. “The Philadelphia Inquirer” reports this started after a confrontation.
A suspect has been taken into custody and a weapon was recovered.
At least one other person, a teenager, was injured while running away from the scene.
