Last season, ESPN said the game broke viewing records , registering 9.3 million viewers and landing as ESPN’s fifth most-watched game for college football. It’s still too soon to tell how many people will be tuning in to the showdown on Saturday, but tickets to the matchup are one of the most coveted tickets this week.
Tickets for Saturday’s game at CSU’s Canvas Stadium are going for an average of $272, according to Vivid Seats , which is more than eight times the cost of a Rams ticket for the next game at the stadium against the University of Texas at El Paso Miners, which are going for as low as $33 as of Wednesday.
