Fort Collins Seeks Residents’ Input On Land Use Codes

The city of Fort Collins wants to hear from residents about development standards in Phase 2 of the land use code changes. The Coloradoan reports the code guides how development looks in different areas of the city, whether commercial or residential, and it sets standards for buildings and different zones. This round of review will focus on enabling more mixed-use development, especially along transit corridors and within commercial centers, a city news release says. It will seek to promote infill that is compatible and complete streets. And it seeks to create resilient commercial centers.
