STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – A 21-year-old man faces an attempted murder charge in connection with an incident where a gun was fired last month in Graniteville. Nicholas Capofarri was apprehended on Sept. 3 for allegedly firing a gun in the vicinity of his home on Regis Drive near Elson Court shortly after 9 p.m. on Aug. 22.
