WARREN COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) – Police have issued an endangered missing adult alert for a Warren County woman who suffers from dementia. According to police, Eva Rena Toole went missing from Lownes Court in the city of Springboro, Ohio. She went missing on Wednesday at about 12 p.m. when she drove away from her residence and didn’t return.
