NORMAN, Okla. ( KFOR ) — What was supposed to be a routine oil change at a Take 5 in Norman, has now turned into bigger issues for a Norman mom of two.
“We went on that Wednesday to get our oil changed, everything seemed like normal,” says Inkenman. “I went through a couple days of work, on Saturday evening, I wasn’t able to make it out of the parking lot. Immediately I could smell the oil and after that I realized my car was not going to keep running.”

After the oil leak, she says she spent over $100 to tow her car back to Norman, from Oklahoma City where she works.
Inkenman says Take 5 told her they were taking her car to another shop and that the leak was their fault.
News 4 went to the Take 5 in Norman to ask about Monica’s car and spoke with the store manager.
“Once I submit a claim, it’s out of my hands. Another department deals with that, I’m not going to answer any questions comments or concerns,” the Take 5 store manager said.
