Officials search for missing teen girl last seen in South Sacramento

(FOX40.COM) — Sacramento-area law enforcement is searching for a teenage girl who was last seen Wednesday morning on the south side of the city, close to the border with Sacramento County.

16-year-old Aaliyah Gonzales was last seen around 11 a.m. on September 11 near the corner of Florin Road and Luther Drive, close to Luther Burbank High School.

Gonzales is described as measuring 5 feet 9 inches, weighing around 140 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. She reportedly wore a tan shirt, sweatpants and black Crocs, and is believed to be on foot.

Anyone who has information about her is asked to call 911 or Elk Grove Police directly at (916) 714-5115.

According to the California Highway Patrol, an Endangered Missing Advisory was issued on behalf of Elk Grove Police.
